§ 18-169. Hours for transacting business; exception.

No business regulated by this article shall be operated nor shall any business be transacted in or from such place of business between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. unless the licensee shall at his own expense have present a police officer, marshal, constable or deputy sheriff, who shall examine and inspect all material dealt with during those hours.
