A manual known as "Municipal Standards for the City of Laingsburg, Michigan, dated
June, 1978," as promulgated by Capital Consultants, Inc., Engineers, Lansing, Michigan,
the purpose of which is to make provision for design and construction standards for
streets, sidewalks, alleys, and roadways; as well as site grading, sanitary and storm
sewers, and all other utility systems shall govern and be applicable to the city.
Complete print copies of the municipal standards are available for public use and
inspection at the office of the city clerk.
