§ 54-257. Variances and exceptions.

The city council shall have the authority to interpret this ordinance and may, in specific cases involving practical difficulty or unnecessary hardship, grant variances or exceptions from the requirements of this ordinance providing such variance or exceptions is in harmony with the general purpose of this article.
