§ 62-2. Purpose.

The purpose of this article is to make and reaffirm findings and determinations in regard to the establishment and operation of a sanitary sewage disposal system in the city, regulating the use of the sanitary sewage disposal system, and setting the standards and rules relating to rates and charges to users of the sanitary sewage disposal system.
