  • We, the People of the City of Laingsburg, Shiawassee County, Michigan, formerly known as the Village of Laingsburg, by virtue of the authority of the Constitution of the State of Michigan and Act No. 279 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1909 (MCL 117.1 et seq., MSA 5.2071 et seq.), as amended, do hereby ordain and establish this Charter for the City of Laingsburg.
